Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at - If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. PureCoils LLC does not accept returns on items that are intended for use orally.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


International Orders/Shipping
PureCoils LLC cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of shipments to countries where electronic cigarettes and/or vaping is illegal, banned, or otherwise prohibited.  You order from at your own risk.  In the event of an inability to deliver a shipment (and the order is returned to PureCoils LLC), PureCoils will refund the full order amount - minus the delivery charge and a 25% restocking fee.  In the event the shipment is not returned to PureCoils LLC, there will be no refund issued.

Additionally, PureCoils LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. charged to the recipient of the shipment.  It is your responsibility to be familiar with your own countries import policies.

Loss During Shipping 
If your order is lost during shipping, PureCoils LLC is liable only for the amount covered in the shipping insurance, when used.  The package's intended recipient is responsible for providing proof of non-delivery to the insurance carrier.  If your shipment is not insured, PureCoils LLC will not be held responsible for the loss.
